Ferny Simancas: A very nice place, with a deceiving façade, but inside everything is well organized and very well decorated. The food is served with a poor presentation and one of the two proteins was served raw, cold and bland, the whiskey glasses were glasses to drink juice😑, the waiters do not distribute enough soda for all the guests, they had to be running around to get them to attend, and generally they were not in sight, the music was terrible, they promise a person who would be aware of the music and it was not like that, I had to leave the room to look for her to change the music, apart from that the room was left without music (turned off) for intervals of around 4-8 minutes... we contracted a service until 3:00 AM and at 1:20 AM they turned off the music because it supposedly overheated... The guests felt thrown out and it went around more than the half of these; Until the end of the party, very bad sound, apart from "a cake cutting knife was lost" and the organizer wanted us to pay her 200,000 pesos for the knives 😑 In summary, they should change the service, the room is beautiful, the owner is a very formal and friendly, but the organizer has a terrible way of communicating things. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. 👎

Even the Café with all the sweets has great options and pricing is great as well.
